3. The "Make a Copy" Feature

The Gold Standard of Digital Worksheets

When you attach a Google Doc/Slide, choose "Make a copy for each student".

  • Google creates 30 separate docs named "Student Name - Title".
  • No more file download/upload confusion.
  • You can watch students type in real-time.

The Setting:

Dropdown Menu ➔
Make a copy for each student

4. Grading & Returning

Closing the Loop

The Grading Cycle:

  1. Turn In: Student submits.
  2. Review: You add comments directly on the doc.
  3. Grade: Enter the score (e.g., 45/50).
  4. RETURN: Critical! You must click "Return" for the student to see the grade and regain edit access.

Yellow (Check sources)
Red (Critical)
